General terms and conditions
Placing an order on our website constitutes explicit acceptance of our general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions can be consulted at all times on our website. Every person who places an order (hereinafter referred to as 'The Customer') confirms to be a natural person by means of the order.
We reserve the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions without notifying The Customer. Current contracts remain subject to the terms and conditions stated on the website at the time of the order.
These terms and conditions exclude all other terms and conditions.
Belgian law applies to what is not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

Prices
The prices mentioned on our website include VAT. Delivery costs are not included and will be added at the end of the order / before the final settlement and must be paid by The Customer.
If additional costs are charged by the transport company at the time of delivery, these costs are also payable by The Customer.
We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. Although we make every effort to ensure that they are correct, errors may occur. Eezee Power cannot be held liable for errors in prices, deviations in images or product changes due to a technical or human shortcoming. We therefore reserve the right to cancel orders unilaterally if it turns out that the indications are incorrect. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Any promotions will be clearly announced and valid while stocks last. After the validity period of the promotion has expired, The Customer can no longer claim this promotion.
We retain the right to change, add and delete information, prices and specifications on our website at any time without prior notice being required.
Payment
An order is only definitively registered when payment has been made in its entirety. As long as the full purchase amount is not transferred, no goods will be shipped.
You can pay online with Bancontact, Visa/Mastercard and by bank transfer. If you choose a bank transfer, we will send you the bank details by e-mail. The goods will be shipped as soon as The Customer can provide proof of payment.
If you encounter any problems with the payment process, please contact us immediately.
Shipping
Deliveries are carried out by external partners. The choice of transport mode depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered goods.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by The Customer at the time of order.
Eezee Power cannot be held responsible for any delay by the carrier.
We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, The Customer may cancel the purchase free of charge.
If you have received a product in a damaged condition, you are required to notify us by email within 7 calendar days following receipt. To ensure a smooth handling we ask you to always refer to the order number and to add one or more pictures that clearly show the damage.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability and delivery. If any items are out of stock, we retain the right to inform you about alternative or similar items. If you do not wish to purchase these items, we will refund any payments you have already made to us for the unavailable items.
Refusal of orders
Although we will make every effort to respond to submitted orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process or accept an order after its receipt and after having sent you an order confirmation. You cannot hold us liable for our decision to refuse an order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel/return any order you have placed via the website within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you should notify Eezee Power of your decision by means of an email at the following address: info@eezeepower.eu. The Customer is not obliged to provide a reason of return.
The Customer has the right, as in a real store, to inspect and try the purchase to ensure that it is fully functional. Extensive use is not allowed. If the goods have clearly been used (more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning), The Customer is liable for the depreciation of the goods.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation/return, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions. You should return the items by using or including their original packaging, along with the instructions and any documents and accessories originally sent with the items.
The costs associated with the return shipment must be paid by The Customer. Return costs will only be reimbursed if Eezee Power has delivered a wrong or damaged article. You may also return an item in person to the Gitrax store at no additional cost.
You will be reimbursed as soon as possible which should be, in any case, within 14 days from receipt of the return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products that have been manufactured according to your instructions.
Warranty
The legal consumer guarantee applies to the purchased goods. This means that The Customer may report defects up to 2 years after delivery of the goods.
“The legal guarantee applies, if the non-conformity is observed within two years of the delivery of the goods. Therefore, the legal guarantee starts at the moment of delivery of the goods to the consumer.
If the defect appears within the first six months, it is presumed to have existed since delivery. The seller must prove the contrary, if he does not agree.
If the defect appears more than six months after delivery, the consumer is required to prove the existence of the non-conformity at the time of delivery.”

If you notice a defect and want to invoke the legal guarantee, please contact us by e-mail and provide us with your original invoice or proof of purchase. The Customer cannot claim the warranty without an invoice / proof of purchase.
Eezee Power undertakes to repair or replace the defective good free of charge, unless this would be impossible or disproportionate. In that case, a commercial gesture can be proposed as an alternative.
Our warranty only applies to manufacturing or design defects. Excluded from this warranty:
- Damage as a result of misuse (bumps, falls, neglect, alterations...)
- Damage as a result of fire, water damage, lightning, accidents, natural disasters, terrorism, vandalism, road hazards
- Damage resulting from intent, negligence, improper treatment, poor maintenance, abnormal use or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
- Damage as a result of improper installation
- Damage as a result of use with power supplies outside of the minimum and maximum voltage range and type
- Wear and tear that can be considered normal
- If repairs have been carried out without the manufacturer's consent
The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase. If a replacement product has been delivered, it carries the remaining time of the original warranty.
Force majeure
If an order can no longer be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you of this and we will end the contract. We will provide you with a refund for any sums paid in advance for products which can no longer be provided to you.
A case of Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the will and control of Eezee Power which fully or partly prevents the fulfilment of its obligations. This is for example, but not limited to: strikes, unexpected traffic jams, accidents, fire, flooding, malfunction, power failures, terrorist attack, epidemic, late or non-delivery by suppliers or other third parties, etc.
Intellectual Property
All information on the website may be viewed and printed by The Customer free of charge for personal use, never for commercial purposes.
Logos, photos, texts and other communications may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
Privacy
If you purchase products through our online store, Eezee Power will require your personal data to manage your payment, handle your order, and make sure the products you have bought are delivered to the right address by our external delivery partners.
Your personal data is stored in a secured database and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. Your data will only be used to correctly process and deliver your order and will never be passed on to third parties other than delivery partners.
If you wish your data to be deleted, simply send us an email.
